Love Surgery
What is Love Surgery?
Love Surgery is the plastic surgery of sexual organs. It aims to improve the appearance and the function of the abnormally developed or deformed sexual organs. This way, it is aimed to improve the psychological states of the patients and help them have healthier sexual lives with their partners.
Which operations are included in the Love Surgery?
Mons Surgery:
It is applied as a treatment for the changes on the hairy pubic area due to looseness, or just the opposite, to treat severe fattening that hinders sexual intercourse.
Labioplasty:
Malformation in the inner lips of the female genitalia, over-floppiness, growth and over-wetting may lead to infections and cause difficulty and pain during sexual intercourse. Such patients may also experience discomfort when wearing swimming suits, bikinis, tights etc. Labioplasty operation ensures a better looking appearance of the labia minora. Problems, such as pain during sexual intercourse, over-wetting and infection risks are removed. They gain a healthier looking appearance which promotes self-confidence of the patients.
Vaginoplasty:
Vagina enlarges and loosens due to child birth or traumas. Enlarged and loosened vagina cannot hold the penis tight during sexual intercourse, and the pleasure of the partners diminishes. Vaginoplasty operation narrows the inner vaginal walls and the vaginal opening to overcome these problems. The results of the operation are quite satisfying for couples.
G-Shot Amplification:
G-spot is the area enabling vaginal orgasm. It is a sensitive erogenous area rich in neural points.
It is located at the inner side and front wall of the vagina. Researches have shown that while many women could reach clitoral orgasm by hand or by rubbing, they were unable to experience vaginal, i.e., G-spot orgasm when the penis was inside. This might lead to sexual dissatisfaction of partners, relationship issues or fake orgasms.
G-shot Amplification aims to increase the size and the sensitivity of the G-spot, so that it can be stimulated more easily. In simple terms, it is the process of enhancing the G-spot using hyaluronic acid. The process is an office-based procedure which is carried out under local anaesthesia within 15-20 minutes. Patients can immediately go back to their works and can resume sexual intercourse the day after the procedure. Positions that would stimulate the G-shot during sexual intercourse might make it easier to get result. The effect of this operation usually lasts 6 to 12 months. There is no risk in repeating the procedure.
Penile Augmentation (Penis lengthening and thickening):
In overweight patients, removing fats in the hairy area on penis might reveal the penis root which is buried under the pad of fat. The connective tissue located at the penile root can be cut to enable some lengthening. Fat injections can enhance the girt of the penis as well.
Who undergoes love surgery?
These procedures can be performed on all patients who are at post-pubertal stage, who have no psychological disorders or organic diseases that might cause sexual function disorder.
What should be done prior to surgery?
As in all plastic surgeries, the patient should quit smoking minimum two weeks prior to the operation and should also avoid smoking for two weeks after the operation. Anticoagulant drugs, such as Aspirin etc. should be quitted minimum 10 days before the operation. The patient should discontinue any other medication or dietary supplement (medication that include Ginseng, CoQ, Gingko Bloba etc.) 1 week before the surgery. The patient should also disclose any other significant condition to their surgeon.
What is the surgery technique?
What to expect after the surgery:
These procedures may be performed in a single operation or as combined operations under general anaesthesia, and may take up to 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the type of the procedures. Patients are generally released from hospital on the operation day. They can have a bath on the second day. After a few days’ rest, patients can resume their daily lives. Patients are advised to avoid sexual intercourse for 3 to 6 weeks. They can resume their sexual lives on the 6th week. These procedures help women regain their self-confidence and they are sexually satisfied during intercourse with their partner.
